That understanding didn't come from theory - it came from lived experience as a Certified Parent Coach, the mom to an autistic teen, and over 20 years of professional experience working with children and families.
From there, I began helping other parents move out of overwhelm and into a more grounded, connected way of parenting that actually works in real life.
Because when the parent feels calmer and more supported, everything in the home can begin to shift.
